Before the first drop of ink, your body should already be in alignment with the journey.

    Well-hydrated skin responds better to the needle.After we connect, you’ll be able to secure your tattoo with a deposit and schedule your session.Start drinking plenty of water 2–3 days before your appointment for optimal skin elasticity and healing.

    Avoid alcohol or recreational substances 48 hours before.They thin the blood and can interfere with your session, energy, and the quality of healing.

    Eat a complete, balanced meal before your appointment.Tattooing is a physical process. Good nutrition helps your body regulate stress and pain.

    Wear comfortable clothes that allow access to the tattoo area.Loose, soft fabrics help you stay relaxed and prevent irritation.

    Do not shave, wax, or apply products before your session.Let your artist handle preparation. Irritated skin can negatively affect the process.

    A good night’s sleep is essential.Being well-rested improves your pain tolerance and makes for a smoother overall experience.
