Cancellation Policy

This 30-minute consultation is complimentary and designed to explore your vision and see if we’re the right fit. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another collector and respect the flow of all ongoing projects. This policy applies to all bookings, including complimentary consultations. We appreciate your commitment and time, and we extend the same respect to yours.
